What we collect

Addresses you type into the water checker are sent to the US Census Bureau geocoder (to find coordinates) and to the Washington Department of Health service-area map service (to find your water system). We don't store checker lookups unless you choose to join the waitlist.

Waitlist and contact submissions (name, email, address, system interest, and anything you write) are stored so we can hold your launch slot and reply. That's their only use.

A first-party visit counter. We count page visits with a simple beacon on our own infrastructure. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no cross-site anything.

What we never do

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. We don't run ad pixels. We won't put you on a drip campaign — the waitlist gets one launch email when scheduling opens.

Removal

Want your waitlist entry deleted? Use the contact form with the email you signed up with and we'll remove it.

Effective July 2026. If this policy changes materially, this page changes with it.
